DOUBLE SALE AND SALE A NON DOMINO: FROM THE ROMAN LAW TO THE EUROPEAN LAW

RESUMEN

          Tras un breve repaso de la regulación jurídica prevista para los casos de venta de cosa ajena, se analiza la razón de los criterios previstos por Neracio y Ulpiano cuando el vendedor, sin poder de disposición sobre la cosa, la vende.

ABSTRACT            

          Regulation of the double sale from the Roman law to the European law. Study of the solutions contributed by Neracio and Ulpiano for cases of contract of sale of thing that does not belong to the seller.
