RESUMEN
En el presente trabajo se efectúa una reflexión sobre la vigencia actual de la regla in ambiguis contra stipulatorem, creada en derecho romano para la interpretación de los contratos, que ha adquirido una relevancia específica en el ámbito de la protección a los clientes en el ámbito bancario.
ABSTRACT
This work presents a reflection on the current validity of the rule in ambiguis contra stipulatorem, created in Roman law for the interpretation of the contracts, which has acquired a specific relevance in protecting customers in contracts with banks.
