DERECHO ROMANO Y EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA OBLIGATORIA. ROMAN LAW AND THE SPANISH COMPULSORY SECONDARY SCHOOL (ESO).

RESUMEN En este artículo se intenta demostrar la oportunidad y utilidad de incluir entre los diversos contenidos de la asignatura optativa “Cultura clásica”, impartida en la Enseñanza secundaria obligatoria (ESO), determinados conocimientos relativos al Derecho romano, en su planteamiento como Derecho jurisprudencial. ABSTRACT In this paper I try to show the convenience and usefulness of including some knowledge concerning Roman Law, considered as a jurists’ law, into the contents of the optional subject “Classical Culture” of the Spanish Compulsory Secondary School (ESO).
